Jingle Jam helps give young people the tools to protect their mental health1 December 2021,
Gamers and streamers will have a chance to help the mental health of the nation by taking part in the tenth Jingle Jam which is taking place from 1 – 14 December 2021. Gamers and streamers from across the world will be raising money for 14 charitable projects including the Mental Health Foundation, one of the UK’s leading mental health charities.

Mental Health Awareness Week – Monday 9 May to Sunday 15 May 2022 The Mental Health Foundation has announced the dates and theme of next year’s Mental Health Awareness Week. The Week will run from Monday 9 May until Sunday 15 May 2022. The week will explore the experience of loneliness, its impact on our mental health and how we can all play a part in reducing loneliness in our communities.
