The Men's 10K Glasgow takes place on Father's Day - Sunday 16 June - and helps thousands of men on their journey to becoming fitter, healthier and happier - a perfect opportunity to lace up those trainers and make a difference either to your own life or someone else's.
The iconic Glasgow run starts at the spectacular setting of the Riverside Transport Museum, then heads along the River Clyde, taking in Glasgow's scenic views, before finishing in George Square.
The Men's 10k is a series of timed 10k runs that provides a proactive and challenging way to engage men in healthy physical activity and to promote health and wellbeing all year round. The Men's 10k offers men of all running abilities the opportunity to enjoy being involved in a mass participation event. We actively encourage men who have not previously exercised to use the event as a motivational tool to get off the couch and get fit!
