Join 2000 trekkers on a 25km venture across the capital, taking in unrivalled views of the skyline from its best vantage points.
Setting out from Putney Bridge, it’s east towards the City, zig-zagging over the array of historic bridges – each with its fascinating story – and a midpoint stop at Kennington Oval for some snacks and drinks.
The finish line is just past the majestic Tower Bridge, where there will be a celebration upon arrival.
You’ll get full support and hospitality all the way, leaving you to focus on your challenge!
If you're interested in something even more challenging, the Thames Path Challenge takes place on the same day and has 100km, 50km and 25km distance options.
Why you should sign up
In addition to a Mental Health Foundation t-shirt, a fundraising pack and bespoke support from our Events Team, there are also some other great incentives too to sign up for this fantastic challenge. Your entry includes a range of free food and drinks at regular rest stops, and support from medics, marshals and massage teams. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, a t-shirt, and a special medal to celebrate your achievement.
As we are an ‘Official Charity Partner’-sign up and commit to fundraise for us and you’ll get 25% off the standard charity place registration fee!
To take part in the challenge, there is an £11.25 registration fee, and you will need to commit to raising at least £250 for the Mental Health Foundation. Alternatively, you can opt to part or fully pay the costs of the challenge yourself, reducing the required amount you'll have to raise. Please see the Thames Bridges Trek for more details about the different pricing options.
