Take on the Thames Path Challenge along England's most iconic river. Most will walk, many will jog, and some will run – it’s up to you how you want to tackle this challenge.
The famous and ever-popular Thames Path Challenge provides a wonderful route along England’s greatest river. The route heads upstream to Henley along the famous Towpath. It’s through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede, and Windsor, with some wonderful scenery to a riverside finish line.
Why you should sign up
In addition to a Mental Health Foundation t-shirt, a fundraising pack and bespoke support from our Events Team, there are also some other great incentives to sign up for this fantastic challenge. Your entry includes a range of free food and drinks at regular rest stops, and support from medics, marshals and massage teams. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, a t-shirt, and a special medal to celebrate your achievement!
Distances, entry fees and minimum sponsorships
- Full challenge (100km) – £33.75 registration fee, £595 minimum sponsorship
- Half challenge (50km) – £22.50 registration fee, £395 minimum sponsorship
- Quarter challenge (25km) – £11.25 registration fee, £250 minimum sponsorship
