All the obstacles are up-scaled for this event with a number of tweaks and surprises in store due to the varying (and muddy) terrain. The course route will take you through scenic views of Belvoir Castle, a number of killer hills and plenty of incredibly muddy tracks.
The Men's 10K Glasgow takes place on Sunday 12 July 2026 (date changed from 21 June 2026) - and helps thousands of men on their journey to becoming fitter, healthier and happier.
The Women's 10k is back - taking place on Sunday 12 July 2026 (date changed from 21 June 2026) - with a beautiful route through the heart of Glasgow City.
Winding through untouched terrain, woodland slogs, and leg-screaming hills, it delivers ankle-deep sludge, scenic suffering, and a healthy dose of northern grit. Set in the grounds of a grand Georgian estate, it’s as brutal as it is beautiful.
This is the flattest course of the season, ideal for first-timers, but don’t let that fool you. Set in the rugged beauty of the South West countryside, it’s still every bit a Tough Mudder. Expect twisting woodland trails, thick mud pits, and classic obstacles designed to test your grit.
The TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS is the seventh Abbott World Marathon Major, and is one of the most spectacular! Run one of the world’s most scenic marathon courses, taking in some of Sydney’s most beautiful and historic landmarks, including the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House
The Big Half is a vibrant, inclusive half marathon with a fun, festival atmosphere. The 13.1 mile course weaves through London from Tower Bridge to the iconic Cutty Sark in Greenwich. Registration fee - £25, Minimum sponsorship target £250
The Great North Run is the world’s biggest half marathon, with over 60,000 runners taking part. The atmosphere is incredible: thousands of supporters line the 13.1 mile course.
