We protect our skin before damage appears. Why not our mental health?
Poor mental health isn't inevitable. With the right action, and the right support to prevent it, we can stop poor mental health before it takes root.
But we need action from the government to make this a reality for everyone.
Mental health services are overloaded. Treatment alone cannot keep up. We need action which stops people from reaching crisis point in the first place.
That's why we’re calling on Andy Burnham to show leadership in his first 100 days as Prime Minister, by taking action to prioritise prevention of poor mental health.
We need you to join us to make this message impossible to ignore.
It's time to think differently about mental health. It's time to think positively about what can be done to prevent poor mental health.
With the right support in place we can:
- Protect children and young people’s mental health.
- Protect people's mental health at work.
- Protect people from online harms with proper regulation of digital spaces.
If you think people deserve the right support before they reach crisis point, join our call.
