Your support makes a real difference

By running a half marathon for the Mental Health Foundation, you'll be helping us prevent mental health problems before they take root, tackling the causes instead of waiting to treat the symptoms.

We’re thinking differently about mental health, shifting the national conversation, and fighting for those most at risk, especially young people. With your support more people will be living with better mental health.

The atmosphere at the Royal Parks Half was amazing, London really brought the good vibes! I felt privileged to run for the Mental Health Foundation and was grateful for their ongoing support throughout my journey. The training really helped me with manage my mental health too. A fantastic experience all round.
