The Living Better Report

The Living Better report describes findings from a three year project looking at the mental health of people with long term conditions across Scotland. Led by RCGP Scotland in partnership with the Mental Health Foundation and University of Stirling, the report presents findings from research with over 500 people with diabetes, CHD (Coronary Heart Disease) and COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) about their mental health needs and the services that support them. It also presents findings from five development projects across Scotland which supported primary care services to better address the mental health needs of people with long term conditions.
