Firewalking is a powerful metaphor for life. So often, it’s the first step that feels the hardest. Once we take it, momentum builds - and we keep moving forward. Standing barefoot before the fire strips everything back - in that moment, we are all equal, facing the same challenge together. Participants often describe firewalking as empowering, liberating and a way to challenge self-limiting beliefs.
We know life is busy and can be stressful, and not everyone has time for extensive training plans - that is why the Firewalk is the perfect event for you!

Some important things to note
- Participants must be aged 16 on the day of the event.
- Should you have any disabilities of pre-existing medical conditions, which may affect your ability to complete this event, then please let us know.
- Spectators can't sit in on the workshop (this includes children), but they are very welcome to watch and cheer you on and they should arrive 15 minutes before the actual fire-walk.
- The fire-walk is around 2 metres and can usually be covered in a few steps. At no point will anyone be forced or coerced into walking on the embers - it is entirely voluntary.
- It is not weather dependent - if it is raining, we will go ahead - unless the rain or snow are so heavy that they would put out the fire or there are high winds.
