Thank you for signing up to hold a Tea & Talk event this World Mental Health Day – your fundraising pack is being emailed over to you now!

Our top tips for planning your Tea & Talk are:

  1. Set a time and a place
  2. Spread the word – use social media, texts and emails to invite as many people as possible. Use our posters to spread the word in your workplace or school.
  3. Get baking – check out Michael’s shortbread recipe in our fundraising pack, or use your signature bake! Don’t forget, shop bought cakes and biscuits are great too!
  4. Get talking – about anything! It doesn’t have to be about mental health - if the conversation flows, let it flow. We do have conversation cards in our pack if you need them
  5. Get fundraising – We recommend using JustGiving to fundraise. Check out our resources for fundraising ideas at your event.
  6. Donate & share – let us know how your Tea & Talk goes and please send photos to: [email protected] . Money can be donated via our website, or if you’ve used JustGiving, all funds will come to us automatically.
