We know life is busy and can be stressful, and not everyone has time for extensive training plans - that is why the Firewalk is the perfect event for you! You will be in the safe hands of a fully qualified Firewalk Instructor who will take you through a motivational session prior to the Firewalk - helping you prepare for this exhilarating challenge feet first! Show your support at our first Firewalk - an incredible way to raise funds, overcome fear and self doubt and build your confidence.
Everyone who signs up will receive a Mental Health Foundation T-shirt.
FAQs
- Participants must be aged 14 on the day of the event.
- Should you have any disabilities of pre-existing medical conditions, which may affect your ability to complete this event, then please let us know.
- At no point will anyone be forced or coerced into walking on the embers - it is entirely voluntary.
