Here at the Mental Health Foundation, we work towards creating a mentally healthier future for everyone and we can only do this with passionate fundraisers like you taking on a new challenge!

National Three Peaks Challenge

The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, often within 24 hours.

Tough Mudder

Tough Mudder is a range of obstacle courses and mud runs with teamwork and personal accomplishment at their heart.

Inflatable 5k

Are you ready to take on the UK’s biggest and best obstacle course?

Lake District Challenge

Take in some of the best scenery the country has to offer on a stunning Lake District trek.

Peak District Challenge

Join 2,000 adventurers in July who will be walking, jogging or running through the fabulous Peak District National Park.

Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge

To scale three mountains in two days is no mean feat and provides an exhilarating and demanding trek in some of the most spectacular countryside England has to offer.

Chiltern 50 Challenge

This ‘end of season’ 50km looped route covers some of the best of the Chilterns countryside. You can walk, jog, or run along historic trails and over rolling hills.

Cotswold Way Challenge

The magical Cotswold Way provides a stunning setting for a testing challenge with some fantastic views en route and tough hills in between.

South Coast Challenge

Take on some of England’s finest scenery as a walk, jog, or a run!

South West Coast 50 Challenge

A new ‘South West’ challenge for 2022 – taking in the initial section of the stunning and famous 630 mile Coastal Path which officially starts in Minehead, and close to our extensive ‘base-camp’ in the shadows of the impressive Dunster Castle.

Thames Bridges Trek

Join 2,000 trekkers on a 25km venture across the capital, taking in unrivalled views of the skyline from its best vantage points.

Thames Path Challenge

Take on the Thames Path Challenge along England’s most iconic river. Most will walk, many will jog, some will run – it’s up to you how you want to tackle this challenge.

Snowdon by Night Trek

At 1,085 metres (3,560 feet), Snowdon is the UK’s highest mountain outside of Scotland. A popular summit trek by in daylight, it forms a real challenge by night and is therefore a perfect fundraising opportunity.

Scotland’s Virtual Kiltwalk

So there you have it, the Kiltwalk is back around the country in 2022 and if you are not able to join in on one of the live Kiltwalk’s, you can take part in our Virtual Kiltwalk – we are delighted to have added this to our main calendar of events.

Skydive

Experience the incredible adrenaline rush as you jump from 10,000 feet at more than 100mph to help raise money to help us create a world where good mental health is a reality for all.
