Back for the bank holiday weekend, the iconic London 2 Brighton Challenge is a staple in the Ultra Challenge calendar! Walk, jog or run capital to the coast, as an individual or as a team.
It’s a Richmond start by the Thames, and a 60% off-road route which takes in the North Downs, wonderful Surrey and Sussex countryside, a steep climb over the South Downs with the coastline then coming into view–and a welcome finish line at Brighton Racecourse. With the full 100km Challenge, a 2-day daylight option with camping at halfway, and half and quarter distance options also – there’s a challenge for everyone!
Why you should sign up
In addition to a Mental Health Foundation t-shirt, a fundraising pack and bespoke support from our Events Team, there are also some other great incentives to sign up for this fantastic challenge. Your entry includes a range of free food and drinks at regular rest stops, and support from medics, marshals and massage teams. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, a t-shirt, and a special medal to celebrate your achievement.
