Planning your Tea & Talk event

Step 1: Set a time and place

Decide when and where you’ll hold your Tea & Talk. A great time to hold your Tea & Talk 10 October for World Mental Health Day.

Step 2: Spread the word

Tell the world! Use email and social media to invite as many people as possible, and use our posters to spread the word in your workplace or school.

Step 3: Get baking

Use your signature bake or try one of our tasty treats. Remember shop bought cakes or a pack of biscuits are great too!

Step 4: Get talking

About anything! It doesn’t have to be about mental health. Talking about anything and building relationships is good for your mental health. Use the conversation cards in the fundraising pack to get the conversation flowing.
