Mental Health Awareness Week 11 - 17 May 2026

Last week was Mental Health Awareness Week, when we asked people to join us in taking action to support good mental health. Even small actions can help us feel hopeful and less powerless. And while our individual actions matter, when we come together we are even more powerful. It's not too late, take action for good mental health today.

Take action for good mental health

Awareness is vital, but real change comes when we take action too.

Help us continue our work year round

Mental Health Awareness Week might be over, but we're taking action for good mental health all year round. With your help we can do even more.
