We work to make a world where there is good mental health for all – but we can’t do it without you.
You can get involved in our work – as an individual, a group, or an organisation. From running a marathon and showing your support with a green ribbon, to hosting a Tea and Talk, sharing your experience with our online community and supporting us during Mental Health Awareness Week, there’s something that everyone can do.
10 October 2025 is World Mental Health Day
This year’s theme was access to services - mental health in catastrophes and emergencies. The theme highlighted the importance of people being able to protect their mental health whatever they're going through, because everyone deserves good mental health.
