Support Mental Health Awareness Week 2026

Join us in championing mental health in the workplace

Mental Health Awareness Week takes place in May every year. It's the biggest opportunity for the whole of the UK to come together to focus on good mental health. The week aims to tackle stigma and help people understand and prioritise their own and other people's mental health.

Get involved

Whatever your organisation’s size, you’ll receive everything you need to get involved with Mental Health Awareness Week, show your support and make a meaningful impact.
