The vast majority of young people aged 18 to 24 felt anxious in the last two weeks, so much so that it interfered with their day-to-day life, according to data we released earlier this week.

Mae’r Sefydliad Iechyd Meddwl yng Nghymru yn galw ar Lywodraeth Cymru a Llywodraeth y DU i gymryd camau i leihau lefelau gorbryder wrth iddo gyhoeddi ymchwil heddiw sy’n dangos bod chwech o bob deg oedolyn yng Nghymru (60%) wedi profi gorbryder a oedd wedi amharu ar eu bywydau bob dydd yn ystod y pythefnos blaenorol.
