The Mental Health Foundation is proud to welcome Paul Jukes as an Ambassador. Paul is a passionate mental health advocate, keynote speaker, and leader of the inspiring Outta Puff Daddys.
Paul and the Outta Puff Daddys – a dad-dance crew with a difference – are on a mission to challenge stigma and open up conversations about mental health through joy, movement, and community. Their uplifting performances and powerful storytelling have reached millions across the world, encouraging people to prioritise self-care, connection, and compassion.
Paul has worked tirelessly for years supporting and inspiring individuals, workplaces and communities. Through this partnership, we’re gaining a powerful voice and creative force to reach even more people and work towards good mental health for all. Together, we’ll combine our strengths to break stigma, promote mental wellbeing, and ensure more people have the tools they need to thrive mentally and emotionally.
It’s a real honour to become an Ambassador for the Mental Health Foundation. The work I do, both personally and through the Outta Puff Daddys, has always been about creating safe spaces, breaking stigma, and reminding people they’re not alone. This role will allow me to take that message even further – and to help more individuals, workplaces, and communities prioritise their mental health.
“We’re delighted to welcome Paul as an Ambassador. His energy, creativity and commitment to mental health are truly inspiring. Paul’s work with the Outta Puff Daddys has already made a huge impact, and we’re excited to collaborate with him to reach even more people with messages of hope, connection and support.”
