The Blue Prescribing Project

The purpose of this project is to improve mental health by enabling more access to those that need natural blue and green spaces using a nature-based self-management programme in London.

The Long Covid Project

The Long Covid Project is for people with long-term health conditions who have attended a condition self-management course with the NHS in North Wales. Initially it covered people with Long Covid alone, but due to its success it is now running groups for people with chronic pain and other long-term health conditions.

Parc Prison Peer-led Self-Management Project Impact Report

This self-management programme with courses on mental health for inmates of the UK prison environment successfully proved the effectiveness of training in self-management for people who have had severe and enduring mental health problems.

Comhar men’s groups

We partnered with icap (Immigration Counselling and Psychotherapy) to deliver self-management courses for Irish men in mid-life.

Dementia self-help project

We coordinate the formation, facilitation and evaluation of three self-help, peer-support groups for people with dementia (or suspected dementia) in extra care and sheltered housing schemes across London.
