The Women's 10k is back - taking place on Sunday 12 July 2026 (date changed from 21 June 2026) - with a beautiful route through the heart of Glasgow City.
Winding through untouched terrain, woodland slogs, and leg-screaming hills, it delivers ankle-deep sludge, scenic suffering, and a healthy dose of northern grit. Set in the grounds of a grand Georgian estate, it’s as brutal as it is beautiful.
This is the flattest course of the season, ideal for first-timers, but don’t let that fool you. Set in the rugged beauty of the South West countryside, it’s still every bit a Tough Mudder. Expect twisting woodland trails, thick mud pits, and classic obstacles designed to test your grit.

Get ready to get filthy at Tough Mudder London South - set in the wild, wooded terrain of Holmbush Estate, just outside London. Take on the 5K or 15K course packed with 12+ or 20+ obstacles with the added challenge of knee-juddering hills, natural mudslides, and gravity-defying climbs and crawls.
