Policy and Campaigns
At the Foundation, we continually advocate to governments and other policymakers to achieve a society that supports good mental health for all. . We develop evidence and propose solutions that will overcome root causes of poor mental health: poverty, inequality, and under-resourced communities.
That’s why, with the help of our supporters and activists, we are committed to campaigning for the changes that will allow Scotland to thrive as a #WellbeingSociety. We call on governments and political representatives at all levels to champion and implement policies that support good mental health.
Holyrood 2021: How did we do?
Ahead of the Holyrood 2021 election, we published our manifesto ‘ A Wellbeing Society: Delivering Good Mental Health For All .’ This outlined 14 recommendations for Scotland which will provide every person with the support and opportunity to live mentally healthy lives. how did we do?
