We’re incredibly concerned by the racist violence which has been taking place in recent days in Northern Ireland.
It's normal to feel upset or anxious witnessing situations like these. If you are struggling, you can find support on racism and mental health here.
Karen Hall, Head of Northern Ireland at the Mental Health Foundation, said:
"Many of us will feel shocked and scared to see the racist violence in Northern Ireland over the past few days. We urge leaders across our communities to think about their words and actions.
"Stopping the violence is the immediate step, but long-term action to address racism is needed. People from racialised communities are feeling particularly vulnerable at this time. If you are struggling right now, you can find support on racism and mental health on our website."
