We work to make a world where there is good mental health for all – but we can’t do it without you!
You can get involved in our work – as an individual, a group, or an organisation. From running a marathon and showing your support with a green ribbon, to holding a bake sale, sharing your personal experience of mental health and supporting us during Mental Health Awareness Week, there’s something that everyone can do.
We are the home of Mental Health Awareness Week
We host the annual event every May where the whole of the UK comes together to highlight the importance of achieving good mental health for all. Each year, there is a key theme to drive focus on a particular mental health topic.
On the theme of 'anxiety', this year's Mental Health Awareness Week ran from 15 to 21 May.

Fundraising from Tea & Talk

Ways to donate
We rely on donations from the public to continue our life-changing work. Our mission is a world with good mental health for all, but we can’t get there without your generous support.

Fundraise for us
You can fundraise for us in plenty of ways – take on a challenge event, host a Tea and Talk event or just do your own thing. Whatever you choose, we have a team and resources to support you every step of the way.

Show your support by wearing a green ribbon
The green ribbon is the international symbol of mental health awareness. Wear a green ribbon to show colleagues, loved ones or simply those you walk past in the street that you care about mental health.
