Get involved

We work to make a world where there is good mental health for all – but we can’t do it without you!

You can get involved in our work – as an individual, a group, or an organisation. From running a marathon and showing your support with a green ribbon, to holding a bake salesharing your personal experience of mental health and supporting us during Mental Health Awareness Week, there’s something that everyone can do.

We are the home of Mental Health Awareness Week

We host the annual event every May where the whole of the UK comes together to highlight the importance of achieving good mental health for all. Each year, there is a key theme to drive focus on a particular mental health topic.

On the theme of 'anxiety', this year's Mental Health Awareness Week ran from 15 to 21 May.
