We’re working to create a world with good mental health for all – and we can’t do it without you.
There are lots of ways you can get involved our work – whether you're an individual, a group, or an organisation. From running a marathon to showing your support with a green ribbon, holding a bake sale to sharing your personal experience of mental health, there’s something for everyone.
Make a donation
We rely on donations from the public to continue our life-changing work. Our mission is a world with good mental health for all, but we can’t get there without your generous support.
Fundraise for us
There are plenty of ways that you can fundraise for us – take on a challenge event, host a Tea and Talk event or just do your own thing. Whatever you choose, we have a team and resources to support you every step of the way.
Show your support by wearing a green ribbon
Wear a green ribbon to show colleagues, loved ones or simply those you walk past that you care about their mental health. It can also be worn in memory of a loved one.
Take part in our campaigns
You can get involved in our public engagement work, particularly around events like Mental Health Awareness Week and World Mental Health Day.
Share your personal experience
Join Our Personal Experience Network (OPEN) to be part of the diverse community whose personal experiences guide and inform everything we do.
Working with us can raise your profile and help increase sales.
Trusts and foundations
Trusts and partnerships play a vital role in helping us to achieve our mission of helping people to prevent, recover from and survive mental health problems.
They provide funds for specific projects, salary costs for essential project staff and enable us to ensure the longevity of our projects by pledging funds over several years.
To find out more about how your charitable trust or foundation can help, please contact Ralph Coates (020 7803 1160) for England and Wales, or Michael Wilson (0141 572 0125) for Scotland.
