Person centred planning (PCP) provides a way of helping a person plan all aspects of their life, thus ensuring that the individual remains central to the creation of any plan which will affect them.

We know that with the right support young people with autistic spectrum disorders can express creative ideas, dreams and hopes for their future. One way of doing this is to use person centred planning, a way of planning all aspects of a person’s life.
