Self care

To look after her mental health, Bethan uses creativity as a form of expression when her mental health makes talking difficult. She does this via song writing, poetry, and singing. Fitness is also a central part of her lifestyle through yoga, cycling, weights and running. Bethan makes sure she uses mindfulness and gets outdoors to appreciate the green space to keep herself present.

For Bethan having a healthy balance in her life is key to good mental health.
