Jo Finlay

Research and Evaluation Manager (See Me Scotland)

Jo is Research and Evaluation Manager for See Me, Scotland's national anti stigma and discrimination programme.

Before joining the Foundation, Jo worked as a social research consultant for the last eight years, responsible for evaluating the impact of a wide range of public and third sector programmes. Jo has a specific focus on providing research and evaluation support to projects that address social inequalities and those that help vulnerable and marginalised individuals and communities. In her role with MHF Scotland, Jo works as part of a team of three researchers who undertake evaluation activities to demonstrate that the See Me programme is achieving its outcomes, and to explore and share what works to tackle mental health stigma and discrimination across Scotland.
