Jo Finlay - Senior Research Manager
Jo is a Senior Research Manager for the Mental Health Foundation in Scotland, primarily managing its mental health stigma portfolio of work. Jo manages a team of researchers to deliver the research, learning and evaluation requirements for See Me, Scotland’s national anti-stigma programme. In addition, Jo manages a wider team of researchers to deliver large scale programmes of research including Thriving Learners and a research and learning partnership with Barnardo’s.
Jo holds an MA (Hons) in Politics and Sociology from the University of Glasgow, is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Prior to joining the Foundation, Jo spent almost a decade working at senior level in the social research consultancy sector and has experience in education product management and education outreach delivery. Jo is a former Knowledge Transfer Associate with the University of Ulster.
Away from work, Jo likes to spend time with friends and family and walk Pepper the puppy.
