Mental Health Awareness Week: call for personal stories
People sharing stories with us are one of the most impactful ways we can raise awareness about the importance of mental health. We’ve reached a cultural tipping point in mental health, thanks to vocal supporters from all walks of life.
This year for Mental Health Awareness Week (14-20 May), we're focussing on Stress. We’re keen to hear your stories of how stress has impacted your mental health over the years, and the things you have found help you to cope with stress. Stress has become a marketing tool, often used to sell us things.
We want to show that Stress is a serious condition that can also be a root factor in many other serious mental health problems. That's why we're crowdsourcing experiences of both where stress can lead, and how best to manage stress in our daily lives. We need your help. If you feel ready, and are happy to share your experiences of stress with our supporters and the wider world, please fill in the form below and we'll be in touch.
