Whether you are a running pro, or you’ve never run before, you've come to the right place! We’re calling on people like you to take on a running event to support the Mental Health Foundation and help us work towards a mentally healthier future for all.

Physical activity such as running has a huge impact on our mental wellbeing. It can help to increase our self-esteem and can reduce stress and anxiety. It also plays a role in preventing the development of mental health problems and in improving the quality of life of people experiencing poor mental health.

TCS London Marathon

Whether you’re a beginner or have years of marathon-running experience, we’d love for you to apply and to show why you want to run for the Mental Health Foundation in support of good mental health for all!

Royal Parks Half Marathon

The Royal Parks Half Marathon’s beautiful route takes you through four of London’s Royal Parks: Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, St James’ Park and Green Park.

Virtual London Marathon

The Virtual London Marathon is back this year! Take part wherever you like and run 26.2 miles for the Mental Health Foundation!

Bath Half Marathon

Racing through the heart of the World Heritage City of Bath, this is a wonderfully fast and flat race, taking in historic buildings and landmarks. You’ll also run along both sides of the River Avon.

London Landmarks Half Marathon

The London Landmarks Half Marathon is a closed road, central London run and is the only half marathon to go through both the City of London and City of Westminster.

Women’s 10k Edinburgh

Far more than just a 10k – the Women’s 10k is a proactive, challenging way to engage women in physical activity and promote health & well-being all year round.

Edinburgh Marathon Festival 2023

Established in 2003, the Edinburgh Marathon Festival is a major event in the Scottish sporting calendar. Offering stunning views and and unforgettable running experience, the Edinburgh Marathon Festival features 9 different race distances over 2 days.

Scottish Half Marathon and 10k

Sunday 18th September 2022 is the new date for your diary! The Scottish Half Marathon and 10k is the ultimate running experience combining fast, flat routes with stunning view of East Lothian's Golf Coast - come and be a part of it!

Cardiff Half Marathon

Each year, thousands of spectators come and cheer on the runners and the city is renowned for its sporting passion. Cardiff is a lively city offering unique attractions, world-class sports stadiums, vibrant entertainment, waterside eateries and seemingly endless parks.
