Great North Run

The Great North Run is the world's biggest half marathon with over 57,000 runners taking part. The race just gets bigger every year and in 2020 will be celebrating it's 40th anniversary!

The atmosphere is incredible: thousands of supporters line the 13.1 mile course, starting in Newcastle and finishing by the coast in South Shields, while the iconic red arrows fly across the Tyne Bridge and over the finishing area. This is an event you will remember being a part of for the rest of your life.

We'd love for you to join our team of supporters running for good mental health for all, so please click the sign-up link to secure your place!

"The best half marathon I have ever done! The atmosphere was excellent." - Kevin Ward, Great North Run participant
