We recorded this episode in April 2021, over a year when we experienced many lockdowns during the Coronavirus pandemic. During this time, many people have turned to nature to help manage their mental health – whether that was a walk down the street, a swim in the sea, a run in the countryside, or nurturing a house plant. 

In this episode, Jennie speaks with Dr Chiara Lombardo - Senior Research Officer, Research at the Mental Health Foundation about our recent report on how nature has a positive impact on our mental health.
