Service user led organisations play a vital role in allowing people with mental health problems to support each other in taking control of their own lives and finding a road to recovery.
This report presents the findings of an independent evaluation which aimed to ascertain the level of mental health service user and carer involvement in policy and practice within the Department of Health. It also aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of NSUN in facilitating service user and carer involvement.
