Be Mindful - Online Mindfulness Course

Mindfulness training course, symbolic image of work stress

Our web-based mindfulness course allows participants to learn the technique at home (or anywhere with a computer) and at their own pace.

Mindfulness is a way of focusing on the present moment, and avoiding operating ‘on autopilot’ in everyday life. Be Mindful Online costs £60 and is designed to last for four weeks, although you can learn at your own pace.

The course was developed because mindfulness is one of the most effective methods for managing many mental health issues. It can help you deal with your emotions, cope with stress, and manage mental health conditions like depression and anxiety.

Mindfulness can also be beneficial for employers: there is evidence that the use of mindfulness in the workplace can improve productivity and decrease sickness and absence. People who have completed the Mental Health Foundation Be Mindful course experience an average reduction in anxiety levels of 47%. Their depression scores were reduced by an average of 48%, and stress was reduced by an average of 34%.
