Our Sleep Matters report
reviews the existing scientific literature on sleep, sleep behaviours and sleep problems, and includes brand new data from the Great British Sleep Survey - the largest survey of its kind ever conducted into the sleep habits of the UK. The primary focus of Sleep Matters is the relationship between sleep and mental health; both how mental health can affect our sleep, and how sleep can affect mental health.
