Our Sleep Matters report reviews the existing scientific literature on sleep, sleep behaviours and sleep problems, and includes brand new data from the Great British Sleep Survey - the largest survey of its kind ever conducted into the sleep habits of the UK. The primary focus of Sleep Matters is the relationship between sleep and mental health; both how mental health can affect our sleep, and how sleep can affect mental health.

The Sleep Matters report was published in January 2011 ahead of Mental Health Awareness Week 2011 (23-30 May)

Lauren has extensive experience conducting research projects and evaluations across the fields of mental health and learning disabilities in both the UK and in Canada. She holds a MSc in Mental Health Studies and a BSc in Psychology.
