Mental Health Awareness Week 2014
For one week each May, we campaign around a specific theme for Mental Health Awareness Week.
The theme for 2013 was 'Let's Get Physical' highlighting the impact that physical activity and exercise have on mental health and wellbeing.
Mental Health Awareness Week 2014 will run from 12-18 May.
