Walking events in aid of the Mental Health Foundation

Exercise is good for your mental health! Walking is a good form of exercise and is also good for raising funds and awareness for the Mental Health Foundation. You can sign up for one of our official events, or maybe you would like to raise funds in a walk of your choice.

The Great Scottish Walk

The Great Scottish Walk is an excellent day out.  Take part in this event and help raise money for the Mental Health Foundation whilst enjoying the fun of exercising.  

 

The walk is divided into 3 walks, which allows participants to choose a level to match their fitness. You can choose between 12 miles, 6 miles and a Golden Mile.
