If you would like to take part in a different or local running event, then we will support you all of the way.  Taking part in a running event is a fantastic way of raising vital funds and awareness for mental health.

The first step is to pick a running event to take part in.  You can find a list of current events all across the UK on the Runners World Web Site.  

 

Then complete an online form and tell us about the event you are planning to take part in and we will send you out a sponsorship pack and a Mental Health Foundation running vest for the big day! And lots more.
