As a Volunteer

There are many ways in which you could volunteer your time and skills to benefit the Mental Health Foundation.

Here are some possibilities:

  • Helping at events like the London Marathon by cheering on our runners
  • Volunteering at our offices in London, Glasgow or Newport, for example helping with mailing campaigns and administration
  • Sharing information and increasing awareness
  • Becoming a media or story volunteer: share your story with the media to increase awareness and reduce stigma
  • Volunteer at one of our Christmas card shops
  • Organise a fundraising or awareness event: plan your own event or plan a Tea & Talk event for World Mental Health Day.
