About Tea & Talk

why-comp.jpg

Tea & Talk is the Mental Health Foundation's national fundraising day. It's our way of marking World Mental Health Day on 10 October 2012, and to raise much-needed funds for our work.

Everyone knows how beneficial a good cup of tea and a chat can be. Just sharing your cares and hopes with someone can be great for your own mental health and wellbeing. Holding a Tea & Talk means that you can have tea, cake and a nice natter while helping people who experience mental health problems across the country. You can also help us break down stigma by talking about mental health at your Tea & Talk.

By hosting your own Tea & Talk event, you'll be raising much needed money to fight the suffering caused by mental illness.
