How do I apply for one of the Mental Health Foundation's charity places?

Please complete our application form and return it to us with your registration fee payment of £60 (£50+VAT). To download our information pack and application form, please submit our online form, or email us at events@mentalhealth.org.uk.

Do I need to raise a minimum sponsorship?

If you join our team with one of our charity places, we ask you to honour a pledge to raise a minimum of £950 in sponsorship for our work.

If I run for the Mental Health Foundation, do I get a travel and accommodation package too?

No, we are not tied in with a tour operator as this would increase the sponsorship pledge, so you are free to make your own travel and accommodation arrangements. You will also need to arrange your own insurance and make sure it covers you running the marathon.

How do I obtain my own place in the Berlin Marathon?

Visit the Berlin Marathon website and register now. Once you register you will receive an email confirmation. If you have any queries, please contact them directly by emailing info@berlin-marathon.com

How much do I have to raise if I have my own place in the Berlin Marathon?

We just ask you to commit to raising as much as you can! 

What sort of support will the Mental Health Foundation offer me?

We will provide you with a fundraising pack once you sign up, regular emails and telephone calls to keep in touch. We unfortunately won’t be able to be there for the big day, but we will make sure you have everything you need in advance and can provide your supporters with t-shirts and cheering materials.
