50% of this figure goes towards costs of the trek itself and the remaining money goes to the Mental Health Foundation.
What’s included:
Flights and all internal travel, accommodation, all meals on trekking days, water, refreshments, guides, a doctor and medical support.
How long is the trip:
10 days (9 nights): you will leave London on the 9th of October and return on the 18th. 6 of those are trekking days and you will be trekking about 8-9 hours a day.
Accommodation:
Tents during the trek and hotels before and after.
