Interactive Zone - Mental Health Action Week 2009

Mental Health Action Week 2009

This year we're launching a national campaign to raise awareness about the impact fear and anxiety can have on our lives.

Fear and anxiety are part of the mind and body's natural response to threats or thoughts that something bad might happen. Usually they last for a short time and then pass. But sometimes they last longer and you can get stuck with them.

It can be hard to break the cycle, but there are lots of ways to do it.

We want to tell as many people as possible that help is available and that you don't need to suffer in silence

Download all our resources below. However the streamed media from SoundCloud can only be shared by clicking on the shared button.

Please do share this on your blogs and social networks. We've produced banners that we're

happy for you to use on your websites, blogs and social networks.

Help us get our messages to those who need them most.
