Mental Health Foundation and the BBC in collaboration

BBC headroom logo

We are delighted that our ‘Boiling Point’ report on anger and mental health has informed the BBC’s Headroom campaign.

This year, to get people thinking about anger in their own lives we have also launched a website, where you can:

  • Do the How angry are you? quiz

  • Participate in an online rant
  • Watch a video
